• App. 10% of price to be paid upon booking.

• The rest to be paid not later than week before departure.

• All bookings after confirmation on departure date from us.

Price includes:

• Food and mineral water during the elephant jungle patrol.

• Accommodation at the jungle camps.

• All fees to the national park.

• Guide service, extra activities at lunch stops and at jungle camps.

• “Elephant kit” with a torch, a whistle, a sarong, leach socks and map.

We help you to book your stay in Tangkahan and Bukit Lawang. One week packages complete with hotels in Medan, Tangkahan and Bukit Lawang and transfers can be offered. Contact us for details.

Price does not include:

• Soft drinks and beer.

• Accommodation and food in Tangkahan and Bukit Lawang.

How to book:

1. Read this website. Contact us on naikgajah@qmail.com for any additional questions and information on available dates and/or what date you would prefer to book and for how many participants. Maximum 4 persons per trip.

2. We are happy to answer all your questions as best as we can.

3. We confirm a date that we keep open for you for one week. Within this week you need to decide, fill in our booking form and to transfer the first 10% of the price.

4. Full payment is expected at least a week before departure.

Note: Refunds cannot be made, however we can try to find another participant instead.

You must at least be 12 years old. If you are of high age, consult your a doctor. You have to be fit enough. Sometimes the path is very steep and dramatic and the rain forest can be a challenge. Don’t forget your personal medicine.
